Keum-Boo Jewellery Workshop | Make Fine Silver & Gold Leaf Earrings Discover the beautiful art of Keum-Boo in this beginner-friendly jewellery making workshop at the Middleton Deco Studio on the Fleurieu Peninsula, South Australia. During this relaxed, hands-on workshop you’ll design and create your own pair of fine silver earrings before applying genuine high-karat gold leaf using the traditional Korean technique known as Keum-Boo. This ancient process permanently bonds gold to silver, creating a rich golden finish that is both elegant and unique. You’ll learn how to sketch your design, saw, shape and texture fine silver using professional jeweller’s tools, before adding your own touches to create a truly one-of-a-kind piece. No previous jewellery-making experience is required—this workshop is designed especially for beginners. Whether you’re looking for a unique experience, a creative day out with friends, or simply want to learn a beautiful new skill, this workshop offers a welcoming and inspiring introduction to the world of jewellery making. By the end of the session, you’ll head home with a beautiful pair of handcrafted earrings and the confidence that comes from creating something entirely your own.
