This piece was inspired by the beautiful Leucadendron plants growing in our garden. I’ve experimented with the palette knife quite a lot with this one, and just love the textures that you can layer upon other colours. There is quite a lot of light in this artwork, and the gold reflects any sunlight in the room beautifully.
